New Colour for GTS Wheels - Help!

Hi all,

I have a black 991.2 GTS with the black wheels.

The wheels are in for a refurb and I think I’d like to use the opportunity to paint them a different colour. Silver feels right (I don’t love black wheels as a rule), and the gold options perhaps a bit too punchy for me.

But which silver looks best, do you think?

And is there an obvious place to look at options?

Picked mine up from doing the same a few weeks ago but haven't had chance to put them back on the car yet.

I went for a satin silver, rubbish photos but you can actually see the design of the wheel when they're not black...I much prefer the silver.

Satin is nice colour.
 
Wiess Gold is fairly understated and not nearly as in your face as other deeper hues of the yellow metal. That said, there are fewer things more subjective than shades within shades of colour when it comes to ones chariot, particularly the wheels.
 
how about a satin weiss gold?????????? oooooooooooooh that would look ace
 
I had my wheels recently refurbed in 'Porsche Silver' - I am pretty sure that's what they called it. Different wheels to yours David, but gives you an idea maybe. I am pleased with how they look.

A black or white car can get away with most colour wheels, some pics of my car over the last 14 years:
