So glad I opted for Meteor Grey (sorry all you guys with Black 997s).

I went from years back wanting a silver one (996 days), then Seal Grey, then nothing else but Atlas Grey, then Meteor Grey, then Black and then back to Meteor!!

For clarity, a Black 997 looks awesome when clean, but as with all black cars, quickly and easily starts to look dirty.

The Grey hides light dirt really well :)

Sorry for going on...... The misses ain't interested as much as you guys are!

:D

Love the enthusiasm, but not as much as my BLACK 997... :thumb:
You're right about the dirt though.

As I said, a clean black 997 is hard to beat.

With the grey, I also like the contrasting black interior and exterior trim. Maybe I'm just fed up of cleaning the wife's BM (black, again)..... Especially now I have mine :D

I wanted Basalt Black but ended up with Atlas Grey which is a great as its an in between black and grey and I still marvel at the different shades of colour the car can be dependant on light levels.

Meteor grey all the way :)
Owned it for four weeks today and love it!
Thx
Matt

Seal grey for me presently. It looks lovley in the sunlight when the car has been treated to Wet GLaze 2.0. The metallic pop is beautiful.

Isn't there a saying of once you go black you never go back...... :dont know:

Just clay barred mine looked lovely a couple of hours until dust got on to it
