Headlamp lens swap

Hi Guys, I need to change the headlamps lens on my 1979 911 SC to UK spec versions.


I,ve done this job on VW beetles, is it just the same for 911's ?

Hi mate,

yes its similar to on a beetle. There is a screw at the bottom that you undo to take the rim off, then another screw which the first one fits into (you'll see what I mean when you take it off) which you undo to get the whole unit off. :)
