I put this up ready to be shot down in flames,

Anyhow, here goes:-

Would any of the forum members be interested in a golf day, dont know where or when, but I am happy to organise if there is enough interest.

Also happy to organise it nearest to the majority of those who express interest.

Handicap or otherwise, I think it should be open to all who can play.

So add your name to this thread if you are interested.

If there is enough of us, possibly we could make it a Saturday with an overnight stay.

Well the ball is in your court,

Daz.

P.S

If you are not interested, please be easy on me.

Daz,

Good idea!

Count me in, I can help suggest venues if necessary.

Bowood has a house in the grounds we could all rent, its apparantly where Charles and Camilla first got it on!

I've been known to cane it in all directions so as long as we're not talking a gang of single figure handicaps and me annoying the hell out of everyone, then I'd be up for it date/work travel depending

I am open for any venues within reason,

Wherver closest for most boys,

Get the numbers first then go from there.

Looks good initially. :)

played once in '94 after a sessions at a driving range and managed to get around a 9 hole in just over double of par.....

and did it again (a 9 holer) last autumn and managed to get around in double par, which I very very impressed with... although I did loose a few balls on the way and my host may have been rather kind wth my score card !!!! :D

can you get a set of clubs in a 993-6-7 ?

You can get 2 sets of clubs in the back of any 911, if you are careful, and all the lugauge in the front.

Ideal for those long weekends away.

Well done Daz

Count me in, i will have tamed the King Cobras' by then.

Suggestions for prizes

1) Best score- 911 handling day course?

2) Runner up- maybe some fine polish?

3) Most strokes - ?? A round of beers for the rest of the crowd

Some sponsorship would help

Many years ago in Scotland, a new game was invented. It was ruled"Gentlemen Only...Ladies Forbidden"...and thus the word GOLF entered intothe English language.
