Well at last I am back behind the wheel of a 911. After nearly 18 months without (I needed to fund a business venture) I am now the proud owner of a '99 - 996 C4 (with aerokit) The last two I had were C2 tips but this is a manual and I must say I prefer the clutch action to the 993 manual I had a few years ago. I would have preferred to go for a later facelift model but basically I was too impatient to wait and save up any more!

Pics to follow and hopefully the opportunity to join on the forum a bit more!

Well done Chris!

I too had to part with my 911 after 4 years of 911 ownership for similar reasons and take every day as it comes because it is such a painful thing!!!!!

For me it's only been 5 months and I am on the look out - give it 2 more months and I'll be back!
