Double-sided foam tape...

...like the stuff used to stick number plates on, only I'm looking for something supplied on a roll, about 10cm wide. Must be strong bonding (like sh*t to a blanket!), waterproof...

Do any of the automotive experts on this forum know where I can get some?

(its to stick a plastic reflector onto a bootlid)

I got a long roll of Sellotape (?) heavy duty "Sticky Fixer" from Homebase I think. Was quite wide, and you could double it up.

or buy some no plate stickers from halfords

then use a sharp knife to cut to size
