Hi all
Finally got a reply from Porsche Italy who have told me the car is ready to be picked up. The spent 26 hours and 5200 euro on it replacing the entire front diff and prop shaft assembly. I had them e mail me the invoice (which appears to have been paid by the towing company so fingers crossed that there will be no need of a scrap!!). I just hope when i finally get down to Italy it will all be as good as i left it.

P.S. Still trying to find which fuse controls the AC compressor clutch
Migration info. Legacy thread was 13094
