Buying tips appreciated..

PS I am NOT disposing of my EXIGE which usually eats 911 on the twisty bit.!!!! :D 8)

Not alot of difference between new and used these days at dealers. Seem to be plenty for sale, so I can't see the rock sold residuals lasting long so don't go rushing in!

Smart money says the standard 997 Carrera is a great car, and the S is not really worth the extra...

Good luck in your quest!

Thanks Rob

I was wondering about the residuals With my luck I will buy just before a price fall and sell just before a price increase.!!!1

Thats life guess if you wait for the right time you'll be dead before making decision!!

Any way going to kick some tyres next week....cambridge have Aston and Porsche at the same dealer......Could be an expensive week!!!!!

Cheers

You can buy the standard Carrera, but you'd always be wondering what the S would have been like if you'd just spent that liitle bit extra .... Besides if you allow for the extra kit on the 'S' i.e. 19" S wheels, bi-xenon headlights, PASM not to mention an extra 200 cc, the extra doesn't seem so bad.

Anyhow, welcome to the 997 club.
