Hi jules' and welcome to 911uk.

For the benefit of our members I have done some basic checks and can report that:

Despite the 57 plate this car does check out as being registered on 9th April 2011.

The MOT has expired but the previous one stated mileage as being 54,849

An asking price of £40k might seem 'too good to be true' but the WBAC valuation is only £36,725

GLWTS

Sorreee. Its done 54k miles and i dont have a price. I think theyre valued arpund £60k currently

Your advert header reads 40k. As the mileage of the car is 54k I assumed the asking price was £40k - hence my earlier post.

Please clear up the confusion by stating the price you're looking for.

You’re between 15-20k over what these sell for on a forecourt with that milage.

Private late 40s.

GLWTS.

Collecting cars is a poor indicator of market values. Its one dart as to where a cars value might be. I've seen many examples of cars selling for price X, and then seeing a similar example for significantly more and sold via a specialist

How? It’s the only place where you see a sold price. IMO auction history is the only accurate indicator of value!
