Hi,
I am looking for some advice. I am in the process of purchasing a manual 997.2 C2. I have had a PPI done which provided the following over rev report:
Range 1 - 4579 ignitions @ 2981h
Range 2 - 489 ignitions @ 2981h
Range 3 - 101 ignitions @ 2926h
Range 4 - 95 ignitions @ 2926 h
Range 5. - 0 ignitions
Range 6 - 0 ignitions
Operating hours - 3044
I am concerned by the 95 ignitions in Range 4 118 hours ago. Presumably this is the result of a missed down shift.
Is this grounds to walk away from an otherwise seemingly good car at a reasonable price?
What are the current over rev rules from Porsche on an approved warranty?
Thanks,
-- Josh
