991.1 Aircon - cold air only coming from passenger side vents??

Hi all, I've booked in for a re-gas (return journey from Porsche and the air-con couldn't compete with mild spring sunlight), but tonight I tested the air-con and I have freezing air, but only from the passenger side. I tried all the options of sync and non-sync etc., all the vents are blowing hard. There is that hiss that makes me think it's low on refrigerant...

But I can't understand what might cause this only on one side of the car - baffled - any ideas?

Faulty servo actuator ?

I had a reg-as today and this has solved the issue. Google suggests when the gas is low it's common for one side to lose cold air, which I find strange. Had less than 300g so it's lost 600g in a year.

Had the exact same last year - just needs a re-gas and all sorted and flowing on both sides as usual
