911 sc 11 blade fan

Would appreciate any advice on this because its costing lots of money, i had no problems with the car until it went in for a service since then i have replaced the 11 blade intake fan and belt pulley twice , each time the pulley as cut into the center of the fan blade and i know when this as started to happen because it causes vibration through the car.

Any help on this please ,and is this a common problem ?

If anyone as one for sale please email me. :( :(

Pelican parts website has an article on this problem. Go to the site and look at the tech centre area....it is very good.
