Hi all

Hope you guys can help, Im considering putting rear wheel spacers on my 997.2 NB, I know that most go for 7mm front and 15mm rear but currently I'm happy with my front but just want the rear wheels to be a little wider stance.

I currently have 19inch turbo 1 alloys 8in front et57 and rears are 11inch wide with et67 offset.

I've researched and can't find 5mm spacers but 7mm are commonly avaliable, I'm just wondering if there is much difference in looks bar 2mm?

Ps I have PASM and won't be lowering the ride hight, also I'll be changing my rear tyres from 295 to 305 later this year.

Any help will be much appreciated.

Having just recently completed the fitting of spacers exercise, I would not consider any offerings outside of Porsche, Eibach or H&R.
I went for Eibachs who were happy to price match Autodoc’s offer.
I sourced febi bilstein bolts via an aftermarket wheel specialist who is very popular across enthusiasts forums.
Locking wheels bolts directly from McGard who have excellent and efficient customer services via email as they’re based in Germany.

Thanks FZP, it more about the look 5mm or 7mm would have? Due to not spacing out the front I didn't want the rear to come out too much making it look uneven.

Rears at et67 and with a 5mm spacer would be et62 or et60 with 7mm spacers?

Any pics would really help if possible?

Ive attached my pic of my car as it currently looks

Thanks

Thanks Sliversurfer, can you guide me to the website for the bolts, ps what spacer size did you go for in the end?

I was looking at tech world direct spacers from ebay, seem to be a decent price with extended bolts and floating washers?

Thanks

I've had these on two of my 911s. If you go for the anodized finish, they seem to resist rust well, so they don't ruin the appearance with the wheels fitted

I had 15mm front and back on my 997.2 Carrera S. Looked nice, but I was also lowered on H&R springs a couple of cm.

CM wheels for the bolts and I went for 7 and 15

I've got 11.5 inch rears (ie the slightly wider ones) with 12mm spacers and could probably have simply run the "standard" 15mm with no issues.
