Thank you.Nice write up, did you paint the seat backs and console yourself? I have some hardbacks with scruffy covers myself..
That's very kind of you. This is a great post, I do the same documenting on Pistonheads, should've done it on here as well to be honest!
I've gone through a similar thing of improving over time, as and when. Yours looks a great example! I saw those seats, they were a great purchase.
Thanks! I enjoy documenting the ownership through words and pictures (I tend to ignore costs haha)That's very kind of you.
I have read and enjoyed your PH thread.
I do have a parallel thread running on PH but don't think it's as up to date as this one, maybe a job for today is getting it updated.
I'm a bit of a car parts hoarder and still have it in the garage, I have been meaning to advertise it as I doubt I'll put it back on as to the car is rather vocal since fitting of the sports cats. Thanks! I enjoy documenting the ownership through words and pictures (I tend to ignore costs haha)
What did you end up doing with your K&N? I keep fancying one to try out albeit I think I'd come to the same conclusion as you and remove it shortly after. I've been keeping an eye out second hand.
Also is the 3.8 labelled airbox a straight swap?
Thanks for the info! I'll fire you a PM, too.I'm a bit of a car parts hoarder and still have it in the garage, I have been meaning to advertise it as I doubt I'll put it back on as to the car is rather vocal since fitting of the sports cats.
If your interested drop me a PM.
Yes, the 3.8 box is pretty my much a straight fit, it just requires a small amount of the airbox material trimming to clear the latch mechanism.
