Owned since October 2022. Previous owner owned the car from 2015, was a member of porsche Club GB and always kept the car garaged during his 7 year ownership

NEVER failed an MOT - Current MOT to 31st March 2025.
Recent Service History:
9/1/15 Carlton Garage Porsche Specialists Major/spark plug (5,064.77 spent)
20/4/15 Carlton Garage Porsche Specialists Yearly,

3/5/18 Major / Spark plug

In May 2018, variocam seals replaced, radiator hoses replaced, front top mounts, bump stops and shock absorber stem washers etc replaced at cost of £1905. In 2019 (circa 4,000 miles ago) single row Pro IMS and new clutch fitted at cost of £1,765.

In June 2023 the sunroof seal and battery were replaced.
In October 2023, A/C condenser o-rings, coolant hose, exhaust hanger (work done in March 2024, delay due to labour shortage)

Spyder Performance valvetronic backboxes fitted
Alex's SSK kit fitted
Other than the above, standard (although wheels are not the very shiny type, I think they rarely are now though)

Only known issue is that the original service book was stolen in a burglary at the house of the previous owner - A replacement service book was issued. This means that there are receipts and invoices and a stamped service book from 2015 (when the previous owner acquired the car) onward. I am however confident that any inspection will reveal that there is no issue and that this is a well maintained, very sound and very solid car.

I have photos of the borescope and the results of the PPI I had done before purchase as well as results of the last services at 9e which are available for any serious buyer to view

The car will revert to its original plate, P16 LCA on sale. Thanks! PHOTO-2024-06-18-18-56-50.jpgPHOTO-2024-06-18-18-57-80.jpgPHOTO-2024-06-18-18-56-52.jpgPHOTO-2024-06-18-18-57-73.jpgPHOTO-2024-06-18-18-57-70.jpgPHOTO-2024-06-18-18-56-53.jpgPHOTO-2024-06-18-18-56-64.jpg

Lovely car and I wish you much luck with the sale but with 11 years history missing it may take a while. Have you not been in touch with Porsche to see if they can dig out some service history.. ?? Or see if you can trace a few more owners and get in touch with them?

Too cheap!

Minimum £30k for that IMHO.

Thanks! I have not been down that road - I viewed a few others with fsh and this was in my opinion the best example. I was and am very happy with the car. It’s the classic “lack of use” really - it has been on the market on autotrader for some time at prices ranging from 30k to 37k, it depended on my desire for sale at any given time! This is the lowest - and it won’t go lower!

Thanks - I am obviously inclined to agree! We will see how things go…..

Lovely car in a great colour - GLWTS. (y)

I made contact with the OP when he had this up for sale last year. It sounded a very nicely presented car but I just had that niggle about the large service history gap which I’m sure is putting others off from purchasing too. @jboy it would be worth trying your local OPC if they can find anything on their system

For comparison 4 star classics have one for sale with similar mileage, 2 owners and full history for £30k.
GLWTS
Just to add - that car has had 13 stamped services v 9 stamped services. Not a huge difference really - plus one would strongly suspect that my car was serviced prior to 2015, surely it must have been and the MOT history could surely not read as it does if brakes, pads etc were not picked up along the way! I am not knocking the 4 star classics car, and in fact it also looks like good value from a reputable dealer, but I do not have to caveat mine with :

The car is very well presented but in line with the mileage of 69k there are a handful of small chips and discreet marks including a small blister on the edge of the roof panel

As I have said, I looked at a few with FSH before I bought mine and I was very happy with my purchase.

If yours has perfect paint without any stone chips or marks then it'll help with the sale, you should mention it in your ad.
GLWTS.

If its got history for the last 10 years then I fail to see why the history prior to that really matters, personally, especially with a great price to boot for it being missing.

My car has a weird 4 year history gap (2015-2019), the seller showed and told me about all the calls/ emails he had received on the car whilst selling and loads of people couldn't get over this gap, despite all the work done since. It is such a unique specified car and people really did shoot themselves in the foot for letting that gap make them miss the sale. I would suggest the same for this car, if it's what someone is after! Good luck with the sale!

"Perfect" is a stretch, but I did go and have a look this morning and could not see any stone chips or marks. The car is in much better overall condition than my Tesla (which is on 29k miles) both inside and out and I suppose that is where my comment comes from. Porsches do tend to be well looked after and many dont show their age / mileage and I would say that is definitely true of this car.

EDIT: The one cosmetic issue is the chin spoiler, I scuffed this when I left my drive after buying the car. I have not done it again - but it does not look new and that is a "blot". Having said that, obviously easily replaced.

Thanks!

The missing history did not really phase me when I bought it.

I just drove the car for the first time in a couple of months, 70 minutes of zone 2 London driving in 20mph zones and with speed bumps galore. It was sublime, completely unruffled - if it is sublime in that type of driving just imagine what it is like on sweeping B roads!

If you haven't already, it's worth listing on here in the classifieds.

Best of luck with your sale! The right buyer will come along... this video felt timely!
