I do see the appeal of a 996 Turbo, but not a cab' and certainly not this one, can you go full tilt with the rag roof on? :dont know:

I've gone very, very fast on bikes, the adrenalin rush is addictive, but the 190mph flies do hurt! Lol, how often do you see a Cab' of any marque with the roof down?

Too cold unless it's summer, then it's too hot, and you want the AC chillin, and if I'm honest, I think anyone over 25, looks like a........

Ok let's not go there, don't want to upset anyone.

Errrr, me!!

On unrestricted roads in Europe I've done 150 with roof down and wind deflector, remarkably civilised.

I will drop the roof at any sign of the sun, winter, spring, summer, autumn, driven across Europe with hood down all the time, best way to see the sights and enjoy the sound of engine/exhaust...

Oh and I am over 25... Just

+1 on all points from Mazza.....

Inverness - Stuttgart - Inverness in SL, roof off whenever not raining, its a commonly known fact that the UK despite its unstable weather is a market where convertibles are loved.... in really hot countries , you will get your head / face burnt off ...

Over 25 you can enjoy many things that under 25's cannot ............dont understand the age reference really ?
And .... are all Porsches / cars not enjoyed by all different types of people ... ??

No-one's forcing you to buy it.....

And if someone made the dealer an offer I suspect they'd get it for less,

Not sure why folks get so hot under the collar over advertised prices on cars, they're just like any other commodity, they're worth what they can sell for on any given day irrespective of advertised price.

Lets face it, we all make offers on houses when we buy them, and usually we get it cheaper than advertised

Unless you live in London, in which case people pay more than the asking price!!

Suspect 993s are going that way too...
