cayenne 2005 rear tailgate struts? best place for new ones

Hi guys, where would be the best place for replacement rear tailgate struts for the cayenne 2005? its the actual tailgate ones, not the ones for the glass lid.
mine are a bit worn and got too many lumps on my head now :D

Have just bought a 2005 4.5 Cayenne with this issue. Bootlid will not stay up.
