I need a set of chains for a week in the Alps in March. Has anyone had success with the Thule K summit snow chains on 295/30 19s

And does anyone have a set for sale or rent?
 
Sorry, had meant to post this in 997 forum. Is there a mod who could move this?

You could rent a set of Thule from here http://www.roofbox2hire.com/snow_chain_hire.html

I haven't used them nor do I have any information on availability of sizes, their general prices seem reasonable though.
