Ive recently come across an engine, with just 79,000 miles on it.
Complete with alternator, injection system and exhaust, it's just as dropped from the car.
History of the engine, is, car sustained front suspension damage, and the engine was removed and put into dry storage in 2001.
Its externally dry, and turns over by hand.
Im looking at around £4000.

PM me if you're interested

I've already looked at this and given it some thought.

However, I've already bought one engine, that has cost me a shed load.

If I knew it was perfect, I'd have it for my other one. But I don't. (No offence Stutters.)

No offence taken.

Just as a matter of interest, Peter, what's the current expenditure on your rebuild, and when's the program projected completion date and you have a runner?

This engine will go in, and run, well.
And they be a further return of funds on selling the replaced motor.
I would have thought to the right person it would end up owing the buyer less than 2 grand, and all the servicing and cleaning, inspection can be done before the engine goes in.
