Of course the biggest change one can spot are the tail lights

Really? Can one also spot that the tail lights show that it is in fact a 997.1 GT3 which is not the outgoing model?

For shame Andrew Baker, for shame :nooo:

Much better :thumb:

Better as in accurate, not better lights...well I do actually think they are a bit...oh you know what I mean!

The 997 GT3 looks more like a GT3 than the 991 GT3 does :?:

MORE WING.

ETA: Thought I'd add some of the pics here

991 front splitter looks closer to the ground than the 997's. That can't be good surely for everyday driving and the like.

Wow, i hadnt realised that the spoiler is "built" on a ducktail :?:

Will it be a Spoiled Duck  OK Ill get my coat...

I cant believe they would only offer PDK - corporate suicide...No Mezger and No Manual...but thats another thread methinks

The weight loss is impressive though

Lets be honest, we will all be down to the nearest OPC if we here theres one coming in

Clarkey

I think I must be getting old, I much prefer the 997 rear end. For me the lights on the 991 are just far too narrow, they stop becoming a feature and start to look like they are only there for the minimum amount they need to be.

I think the spoiler on top of the Ducktail looks so naff, it only requires a spoiler

+1

I'm hopeful that what we have seen is not the finished article, the spoiler should have form as well as function...

I think the rear bumper looks terrible. The side profile is horrible, very square and box like.

I think that is probably camo, if you look closer it looks like it might just (thankfully!) be tacked on :?:

Was it the duck* :)grin:) tape that gave it away?
