The wings(possibly), lights, front bumper mounts and rads are all different.
Costly9approx £10k for a kit(exc paint)) and a PITA.....advice going around is that it just ain't worth the effort as it actually de-values your car?
Would you buy a 996 that had been turned into a 997?

Agree with the Wiz on that one I'm afraid.
Would it not be more (cost) effective to sell your existing car and just trade up to the later facelifted one? The depreciation curve on the Cayennes is ski-sloped so you should be able to get a good deal as the new Cayenne II has recently been launched.
