Just a heads up if people didn't already know.

Costco have what I believe is 4ltrs of Mobil 1 0w-40 engine oil for 19.99 + vat. (about £5.75 / litre)

I think 5ltrs is about £45 to £50 so it's a bit cheaper per litre than normal. (about £9 to £10 / litre)

I can supply this oil for £25.00 for 5 litres. Thats £5.00 a litre.

Only thing is there would be carriage on it which I think is £8.50 per parcel and its £8.50 whether its for 5,10 or 15 litres. Works out quite cheaply still and is convenient is you havent got a costco near you.

Just an idea.

Doh!

I just paid £43 which was a 10% discount fom Halfords for 5lt

Pete

Well mine works out at

£33.50 delivered for 5 litres (£33.50 per 5 litres)
£58.50 delivered for 10 litres (£29.25 per 5 litres)
£83.50 delivered for 15 litres (£27.83 per 5 litres)

And you can be a genuine Mr Creosote and not even have to move from your armchair.

Can I not like you?

No problem Pete. Let me know if you ever need any, there's no hurry as unless something drastic happens itll be around that price for a while.

Cheers,

He's selling 5L for £33 delivered and 10L for £52 (about the same price that Halfruads sell 5L!!).

I have done 370miles in my 997.2, when should I change the oil (how many liters?) Can I do it myself or Indy/OPC?

I need to purchase some oil as I can see the engine is at a lower level so hopefully I can take advantage of this offer.
