Poor idle speed which is hunting and stalling when coming off throttle and clutch in to change gear.

The idle is just under 1000 rpm.
I have changed the spark plugs, wires, cap and rotor.
I run the 91 octane fuel. I also have a new fuel filter and accumulator.

What could the issue be?

I would suspect your decel valve is leaking or one of the hoses to it has popped off or cracked.

This is an old post hopefully you have fixed it already.
