Driving experience days - older porsches?

Does anyone know of any driving experience days that let you take older model 911's around a track?
I currently own a 964 but am a bit of a sucker for all things classic and want to know if i am missing out on the old style porkers, with their arms full of opposite lock and lightweight bodies etc.
I guess i am after a sort of 'try before you buy' but on a track where you really can put a car through its paces and get a good feel for its handling traits.
Something like this is what i want to experience on a track day for handling!
