Squeaky window seal

I am getting a mildly annoying squeak coming from my driver window. I think it is coming from the window moving fractional amounts as I move over a bump. Is there anything someone can recommend to rub onto the window seal - I assume some kind of lubricant (and yes, I know I am opening this thread up to go down some other paths!) might do the trick.

Top tips anyone?
 
A dab of vaseline (ohh-err Missus) always did the trick for squeaky seals in the past for me. Or maybe some silicone.
