New Panamera spy shots

It looks better on paper than the actual shots taken.

What's with the rear spoiler...

have they been rummaging in the TVR parts bin?

The car has a false roof and tailgate starting half-way along the rear side window, false side panels (including all the doors) and the true shape of the lights is also disguised.

They are pretty sophisticated with disguising cars these days - even paint and laquer the false panels - don't be fooled by these shots. I reckon the roofline sweeps down from the B-pillar right down to the rear light clusters, and I think there may also be a 993-like bulge around the rear wheels.

If I had the money I'd take a punt and order one now, as I reckon this could be one of the coolest-looking 4 doors ever! 8)

And judging by the snow and the way the snow is clinging to the 4 wheels evenly - I'd bet on 4 wheel drive too.

And front engined - snow on the rear would otherwise have melted.

Given its a clearly disguised car and dont forget we are looking at a 4 door 4 seat car. I think it looks pretty good. I dont expect it to look as good as the Maserati Quartoporte, but I bet it drives better and goes wrong less often. Biggest competition got to be the Merc CLS that is one good car.But If I was in the market for a 4 door Saloon Id go for it.

Now that looks the biz!

If they come out looking like that it will be on of the few 4 door saloon cars that i actually like the look of.

Its a pretty respectable price as well isnt it?

Wonder what depreciation will be like :s

Now the Magazine version looks a lot nicer. I could see them selling a lot of those!

Should have a reasonable boot too. :D
