I spent the afternoon driving around in a lovely AMV8. This car was much better than the one I drove a year ago. The clutch and gear didn't require both feet and both hands on this one!The bottom was a bit twitchy in comparison to teh 997 but very nice! The bottom of the car in the below AMV8 must have been a bit twitchy too!

I went to see Casino Royale last week - not a bad movie! I am huge Bond fan actually - in fact, my phone number ends with 007 and I have been offered more than GBP 3,000 for it already. The AM dealer told me he could sell my number within minutes if I wanted to

The AMV8 is a great car - I drove a 2006 car - was that the same as the one your drove Servo?

Yep - 2006 model. Apparently, there are a lot of changes on the 2007 - seats and minor cosmetic changes inside.

Wonder if they will give it any more power - it would be nicer with an extra 30-40 bhp.

Apparently not - just changes in the interior mostly. Its a really nice car actually. Funny thing happened, when i went in to the shop, the sales dug out an official launch postcard that was sent out around the world. The chap standing next to the car was ME!!! He recognized me - not that many Indians in Tokyo I guess!

DId you find it less stable under braking than the 911? - that was the only thing I didn't like.

The back got very light when you slammed the breaks on - guess because the engine is at the front.
