When on screen demist, the air only comes out the passenger side,

any clues?

it's the mixers, can happen.mine did the same, i.e. the flaps that mix the air ain't quite flapping in the right direction...... not serious as you still have cold and hot air

Unfortunately mine needed an extensive aircon and heating rebuild!

havent done a thing yet, its not wet en ough to use the demister and its too cold to use my warm aircon

Just spent 2K on full rebuild of aircon & heating. OK now. But my wallet ain't!

it's a common problem even with 993's

and always happens in the winter !!
