I have for sale a child seat that fits perfectly in the rear of a 993, 964 (it may also fit in a 996, but i havent tried it in one myself).
Whilst looking for a child seat for the rear of my 993, I tried all the usual ones Porsche Prince, Britax, etc. But this is the only one I felt happy with. Once fitted this seat is soild and has no movement at all. The seat has a full four point harness and comes complete with new custom seatbelt fitting kit, its easy to install. The seat has only been used a couple of times and is in as new condition. I bought the seat from SBS Quickfit a couple of months ago, it cost nearly £200.
