993 US bumpers question

Hello,

I'm considering importing a US model 993 to UK. Any idea how those black bumper extensions are attached around the license plate and whether you can just remove them or do you need to replace the whole bumper? What about the front?

Thanks,
Ville

Rear bumper will need a new PU cover, front bumper just pull off the black bumperettes and fit the longer Euro turn sigals.

Is that PU cover in the ballpark of several hundred pounds or more? And thanks for the info.

Around £200 for a second hand one + paint I think.

The front bumper also need to be plugged or replaced once the bumperettes are removed.
Not if you fit Euro turn signals as these cover up the bumpereete mounting.

I stand correceted
. I always thought there was a bit of plastic like the tow hook cover that was meant to fit in there.
