993 Instrumentation Illumination

I have a 993 C4, and appear to have a couple of bulbs out in the instrumentation. I was wondering does anyone know how to remove VDO units safely in order to replace the bulbs? Have had a look myself, but rather scared of damaging something!! Would welcome any step by step instructions!

Ryan,

If you remove the clock first by gentle prying and rocking, you can then get your hand in behind the instruments and push from behind.

Go to P-car.com, there are alot of good guides to help you there.
