Buying LHD turbo-good/bad idea??

Hi

I'm considering buying a LHD 993 turbo but need advice. Does £35k sound about right for a '96 with 45000 miles in good order from a specialist(Black with black leather)?

I was quite happy with my 993 C4 but I've always hankered after the Turbo. Just a bit worried about resale values and problems being a left hooker. I quite enjoy driving LHD cars especially a 911.

Any ideas what mine would be worth as a trade in? - '96 C4 Polar silver/Black 75000 miles...couple of stone chips on hips.

What do you reckon...go for it or be happy with what I have?!!

Thanks.

I'd say go for it, but there is a cheaper one at portiacraft, and I have seen a few high mile RHD cars under £35k recently.

Thanks Guys!

I see you have RSR Mufflers. I was going to do that mod to my C4 and Xenon lights before I saw this Turbo. I can't decide what's better, noise or speed! I really like the sound of the normally aspirated 6 compared to the turbo, and I can imagine RSR's make it even better. And to be honest I find my car quick enough.

But the turbo has all the toys...heated seats which I think would be hard to retro fit to mine and Xenon lights which I could do, cruise... I know these are minor details but it all adds up!

So I'm still undecided!

So what do you reckon I'd get for mine as a trade in?
