I have the possibilty to acquire a 1973 911 s, that has been "re-created" into a 2.7 RS. It comes complete with a genuine 2.7 RS motor, lightweigth interior etc. Car weighs 1000kg's and has 210 bhp. Essentially it is the real thing, just less the price. oh and its Viper Green - very 70's. The standard of the work will be very high as it wouldnt be allowed on the road here if it wasnt, so i am not too concerned about that aspect.
Has anyone driven or even better owned an early 911? I am not buying it to run it as a daily driver, but in the summer months it may see some regular use.
If there is someone out there that has experience of a 2.7 RS Carrera, then even better.I have seen the article re autofarms recreation, but as this is based on a 3.2 Carrera it doesnt really have any relevance. Thanks
Migration info. Legacy thread was 21819
