any obvious faults ie common faults etc which i should be looking out for when buying a carrera 2converible 1994 around 90 odd thousand miles

Good luck on your upcoming purchase.

Lookout for the doorstrap problem, clicking/stiffness when opening the doors. 300 quid each to fix.
