Hello All,

I am brand new here, so congratulations on this website! First of all I excuse myself if this topic has been discussed here before, however it would be excellent if the experts could confirm their advice.

I am looking for a unique occasion of a 964 Carrera 4 LHD MY 93, FSH with as little Miles/kilometers as possible, ideally dark blue metal with full blue leather interior. I already checked the offers on this site, but nothing would appear to match the requirements. It would be perfect if, again, the experts could point me to the right direction with their good tips and advices, in order to find what I am looking for.

Thank you in advance

Gio

Hi there.

I don't know of a car matching your requirements, but may I ask why you need one like this?

depends on how much you are looking to spend ?

£20k... £25k ?

Thank you for your kind replies so far.

Noony, I am looking for a 964 MY 93 as it is my favourite Porsche 911; as you know, there are lots of offers in the market, but they all have a very high mileage and not always have a FSH. Again, I am looking for a special occasion, to then keep it forever.

Sundeep, the indications I have from some Porsche dealers for a LHD are in the region of £15K to £17.5K.

Hi there

http://www.oakhills.co.uk/cars/stocklist.htm

They have a black C4 with black leather and a midnight blue C2. These guys have a good rep for LHD particularly with 964 models. No I have no affinity with them other than they had an old 964 cab of mine which was sold to another forum member.

my mistake my have 993 on the brain ! saw 93 !

LHD late.... I would say that what you have quoted is the top end of the market as early 993's are up from about the £20k mark..

rsj sports cars may have one... ?

but check out for the real stuff.... if you have no car to trade then there you go !

www.uk.mobile.de

a quick search of 964's from 93 to 94 gave me 48 options

examples being

Hi,

I recently (6 months) purchased a LHD late '92 model C4 from Formulae Fuchs in Notts. It is fully loaded with factory lowered suspension, black with black leather/heated seats etc. I paid about £17.5k and it had 73k on it at the time or 116km with a new clutch/flywheel/tyres. Whilst 15-17k is a resonable estimate i think a very low mileage one will command more like £20k from a dealer esp the 93 year as they were the last and best sorted of the model line. I specifically bought a '92 as they too had all issues sorted and touch wood i've only had one minor idle problem and a leak free engine. Have heard ok feedback about oakhills and they seem to turn-over a decent number of cars. However i also looked at a number of cars in the 15-17k region and found issues espo with engine leaks and the begginings of rust bubbling. If you want a low mileage concours level car you may need to pay around the 20k mark as above.

Hope you find what your looking for as they are great looking and driving cars and i use mine daily to commute 50 miles.

Cheers

Giles.

p.s. I assume you'll be getting a specialist PPI (even from a dealer) and buying all the relevant guides/owners book is a good heads up for purchase.

Forgot to add you may want to check the 964 smartgroups site, rennlist.com and John Miles's 964 specialist site if you have not already as they are a great help with finding/choosing and maintaining these cars.

Giles, thank you for the info. You are probably right in saying that the lowest mileage/km might suggest the higher end quote, however, and this has also been confirmed by the dealers I have contacted so far, it has to be borne in mind that it is a left hand drive, therefore it has a limited market in the UK.

Thank you very much for the web addresses too; I will check them all.

Cheers
