Just picked my 993 up from JZ.

The drive home was great, the lightweight flywheel and clutch makes such a difference to the livliness of the engine and power seems up, although this is just the way it is put down. Downside seems to be a willingness to stall and idle lower, must get this rectified. And noisier when at low revs i.e in sixth at 1000rpm, sounds like a metallic version of paper and comb! Sounds more mechanical, which I actually prefer!

Michelins are on, too early to tell if better than conti's

B2 and jammer installed

high temp brake fluid for trackday and 24k including dizzy caps and rotor arms etc

just parted with the price of a nice mk3 gti, ouch!

Migration info. Legacy thread was 13578
