Mine has got damaged. Where can I get a new one and how easy are they to (remove what remains of the old one) and add a new one?

I got a new one from a place in Beckenham, Kent for about £10. I used hot water to get the old one off, and it was pretty simple.

I'll try and dig out the name of the place as they specialise in all 911 parts.
