Hi Guys,
I'm new to this forum and am looking for some help before purchasing a 996. I was looking at either a late 993 or early 996 and have decided on the later as I am looking to use the car on a daily basis and although I want a 'real' drivers car like the 993, I think that the 996 will suit me better for my long commute.
I have been searching many garages websites to find a suitable 996 and have come across a 98/S in Scotland with 29,000 miles for 36,995. I've checked in parkers and that appears to be a good price. Is there anything that I need to check / be aware of when looking over the car?? Its from a 'sports car specialist' who stock all makes not just Porsche, so I am looking for a PPI before I buy. Do I just ring Porsche to arrange? Do they go out to the car of do they have to bring the car to a local Porsche dealer?
Please help!!!
Cheers guys!
