In my spare time (he laughs) I have decided to modify a die cast model to create a replica of C11BRA
Here's the progress since it's arrival from Italy on Monday.
997.1 GT3 club sport.
It even has the rear wing intakes like I'm fitting to the car.
Stripped the car during Tea Break.
Panels keyed for paint. Seal grey of course.
Light coat to all inner panels completed.
I will remove the cage, modify the seats, remove the chrono dial etc to make it as close a replica of C11BRA as possible. I've even looked for a standard Carrera so I can fit a the correct 3.6 lump.
This is going to be fun.
Any advice welcomed.
