Hi guys, does anyone know how to access the Porsche infield parking at the Classic. Presumably this needs booking in advance?

Le lude is a lovely spot, stay there for the main Le Mans most years. You will not be disappointed by the drive to and from the circuit!

More or less Jay. The Porsche parking is run and managed by porscheclub.fr the French arm of PCGB. You don't have to be a member of any Porsche Club but the packages on offer are a bit cheaper if you are. With your 996T they would put you in the Classic car park (orange) with all the other classic Porsches. My 997 would be in the more modern models car park (Bleu). There is a bunch of information in French and English on their website, and links to it from the UK PCGB site. They are offering some good value packages which include entry, paddock, grandstand and in some cases food. For info I am opting for Pack 2 which provides entry, paddock and the stand above the pits which is Euro175 for me as a PCGB member. Apparently you can get in and out of the parking at any time. We reckon that the marque defined parking should be safe and secure and better than taking a chance on some of the regular car parks, and a bit more fun also.
Good luck with it.
Rick
