Has anyone been able to find replacement rear arches for a narrow body 996?
I'm in the middle of cutting out and replacing sections of my inner and outer sills. When I'm at it I've cleaned up around the arches and they're not in the best of shape. I could very easily bluff them up for a year or 2 but I'd much rather sort it now when I'm at it.

I can't seem to find the arches anywhere online and I don't need a quarter panel. It is only the lip that's rough. I could possibly make all that I need but would much rather have a proper piece to set in.

Any help would be much appreciated.

I think that's gona be my only option.
This is a big learning curve for me. The sills have been a bigger job than expected as they seemed to be rotting from the inside out as the inners are worse than the outer. I'd say a few people will get a surprise when they go to fix some small crusty bits.
 
I took a cursory look a few months when I had a rear arch repaired. Couldn't find anything, but the bodyshop where quite happy to weld a small amount of metal in.

Thanks willy. I've a good idea of what to do but I've no experience. Sure I'll give it a go and if I ***** it up, I'll get a pro to sort it. It'll have to go for paint anyway so a pro will have to give it the once over
 
Had a go at making the arch tonight. It's not 100% but it fits perfectly to the old 1. It'll just need a little work here n there but I'm very happy with it
