Not sure where to post this - but I'm getting a security warning...

Why won't the site open with https://911uk.com?

I'm pretty sure it used to - has the certificate expired (DigiCert Inc)?

That doesn't really answer the question!

Is the site secure or not? It's not a difficult question... Question

I’m getting constant flashing not secure and often won’t log on (from various Middle Eastern/African countries)

So I now know where my post is, but not whether the site is safe?

Does the DigiCert Inc. Certificate need to be updated or renewed?

Thank you in anticipation...

The connection not being secure is nothing to do with whether it is safe. No point encrypting the posts as they travel over the Internet when someone can just browse here and read them.

Posts are moves all the time if they are placed in the incorrect forum

you posted a site IT question in the 997 section, which is why it was moved

unfortunately it is not always possible to advise users when posts are moved but if it is clearly posted in the incorrect forum it's location will be corrected

^^^ Same here.

For about the last week I’ve had the “Not secure” text in search bar along with the 911uk.com part and the site is running badly on my phone. Click on a page and I get a blank page or if I’m lucky I get the header then a blank page. nooo

Different browsers such as Chrome etc. change the way they handle non-SSL ( https is SSL and secure, http is non-SSL and non secure for transmitting data) pages, as Google wants every site to use https. Therefore, you may see changes in browser behaviour from time to time, and they are certainly trying to force all websites to move to SSL.

I'd only worry if the site is unknown to you and/or you are inputting personal data or payment details into a form on the website. Then, if it isn't https, you should be careful.
