The headlight washer pump on the 993 has died. I've removed the pump and tested it, its definitely dead.
I've looked up the Bosch part number and its been discontinued.
It seems the replacement pump fits many vehicles, Skoda, VW, Audi also the 996. I went to GSF and was going to buy the pump, however the connector looks different and the outlook pipe is slightly larger. I don't think the plug from the loom will fit in socket in the pump. The spade connectors are smaller in the pump and the plastic surround is longer, so the plug will not fit.
Looking at type911 they sell the same pump

But they are saying it may require a fitting kit
