Rear light adjustment

Is there a way to adjust the alignment of the rear light?
One of mine sits lower than the other and therefore the gap between the top of the light and the rear wing is larger.

Its almost as if the light is sat on the bumper cover.

I have a sport design ducktail fitted so assume this needs to be removed in order to get to the bolts on the top of the light.
 
The back lights just slide out, there's a video on youtube to show how to dit it and it looks very simple.

I found it as I was looking at a car with clear tail lights and wanted to swap them over but decided against the car in the end.
