Cayenne drive train fluids

I assume that to change the actual gearbox fluid, it is the usual case with using a temp gun?

As for the diffs and transfer case, i found the following;

Front diff = 1.4 litres
Rear diff = 1.6
Transfer case = 0.8

Now, what fluid? 75/90 for diffs and a generic ATF for transfer case?
