I thought lowering springs would be shorter. Picture is the standard spring and my new techart... only done the fronts so far (thats another story) so can't get a true idea of the final look, but now wondering if I will have more clearance than ever. :dont know:

Dont forget they are new v old stock and its more about the tension than the length of them that dictates the final ride hight , I fitted Techart to my gen1 they are nice springs :thumb:

Guessing it's down to the material used, different grade of steel, Youngs Moudulus of Elasticity 'springs' mind :D
