Trim piece for behind CD player - does this exist?

This is the standard CD multi-changer location:

I no longer have the multi-changer - and whilst the trim behind where it used to be is almost continuous there is a patch where you can see the interior of the luggage tub - painted steel with wires running across it.

It's the section that would be adjacent to the right hand side of the CD changer, as you look at the unit when standing in front of the car looking into the boot (if that makes sense).

Is there a trim piece that goes here for non-CD multi-changer cars?

Or is the entire trim section on the right of the boot that contains the courtesy light different for non-multi-changer vehicles?
 
...I love your OCD...fantastic attention to detail and to hell with the cost...
