From those who originally chose to take part in the tour of Spa on the Monday everyone apart from 2 cars/4 people has contacted me. All of them still want to do it.

I'll follow up with 2 cars/4 people over the next couple of days. Hopefully they'll also want to continue which will mean we have enough for the tour to go ahead.

If you've not previously registered your interest for the Spa option please let me know ASAP.

Cheers,
L'rs

Hi Ian
Sorry to hear about the factory tour Sad Sad
Just to. Confirm my choices if possible. 1 car 2 people
Saturday, Meet at Eurotunnel tbc for an early afternoon crossing, then travel with others to hotel.
Sunday, drive to Spa, via Chimnay pit lane if possible + nice roads around the Ardennes region.
Monday, Spa tour, lunch, then drive to Stuttgart-hotel
Tuesday, Mercedes museum, porsche museum, Christopherous restaurant, any order, if possible?
Porsche being the 1st choice! with everyone else, then convoy to Oberhausen
Wednesday, show + Classic Remise around 1/2pm, back to the Tryp.
Thursday, drive home, Tunnel around 5/6???
Thanks Ian Thumb

Alternative activity in Stuttgart...rent a Porsche by the hour Thumb

https://drive.porsche.com/en/start.html

I know it’s possible to sort test drives in the uk, but in the uk means no access to the roads porsche historically tested cars on locally.

They will not know if they will have 992 in the summer fleet until end of Feb.

I have the route maps they give out as well. Pm me an email address if you want them. Quite a few good roads on em from the looks of it.

Note there is a hefty deposite as well as the €139/hr. All payable on the day without any payment when you make the booking.

Contact details on the linked page.

Richard, I've sent you a couple of emails but not had a reply yet.

You originally said you wanted to take part in the tour of Spa Francorchamps but now the Factory Tour isn't taking place I need to know urgently if you're still planning to go to Spa. This is so I can confirm the viability of the tour with the others who are still very keen to include the Spa tour in their itinerary. Also the circuit are chasing me to confirm if we want the slot...

Cheers
L'rs

I am up for the ring ?? but only sedate laps as i am no race driver !!!

I am also pretty easy about what to do as well, go with the flow and all that

I just need good company, laughs, food and beer !!! Also need a few more drinking glasses lol !!!

What about a tour via Reims en route and then to where / onto where ?????

Even happy to repeat Spa if needed??? Christ just need to nail something down

BTW everyone, i have some freshly built turbos with upgraded springs that crack open at less than 0.9 bar so i also have a lot more finieite boost control at my desposal on the Plex controller FFS!!!

And Ken has given me a new map, I have personaly named it the KILL ME NOW MAP as it gives me the maximum boost/duty as soon as it can. I have used it once and it is firmly off for the time being. Ctrl+Alt+delete !!!!! beckons!!! Yes i sha$$tt myself and if i am honest is way beyond my car control levels

Come on guys,,,,,,,the autobhan is waiting ?
