Would love to do this, but I'd need to buy another 911 with lower miles than the current one, so that when I stack all the miles on it's still low miles, like the one I've got now Question nooo Surprised
Plus a trip like this may well incur maintenance costs which go above zero, I was even thinking of maybe trailering Herman White to the Cheshire/ Manchester meet on Saturday Confused

I don't know if this is a joke or serious?

People's obsession with low miles infuriates me. Just enjoy the bloody the car.

I've seen a post on our PCGB Region that they are planning a trip to Dinslaken in 2019. They have already prov booked a number of rooms at the Tryp so if you are planning going best to make a reservation soon!

They've only booked 8 of the 100+ in the hotel and I doubt that there'll be as many UK Porschephiles there as there were in 2016. I've stayed there for the last 5 years and it hasn't been full.

Making a provisional booking is a thought but I'm sure that when Longers starts planning his 2019 offerings in more detail he'll be able to negotiate a decent B&B+Parking package price so anyone looking to travel with him might want to hold off for a little while.

Hi everyone

Phil, Gordon, etc. thank you for the positive comments about your previous experiences of Fasttracktours.co.uk.

As usual I'm happy to help with the ticket/parking arrangements for the show and to put together some options for getting there and back.

Well if you know who to ask... Wink

You can do Spa "in anger" in a friendly way (!!) at the Spa Classic in May which has 30 minute sessions available throughout the weekend (there have been murmurings in the past about a 911uk group attending this event) OR it might be possible to arrange something ad hoc around the Dinslaken show if there is enough interest.

Phil, do you want to drop me a line or give me a call so we can start working things out?

Cheers,
L'rs

Hi Mate, I was going to hang on a bit and see if there was enough interest in my suggested Itinerary and if so then ask you to get involved, but if you like to I am happy for you to add it to your website as an option2 for Dinslaken and start to put it together Thumb Thumb

Would of loved to have made this but will be at work, probably for the best as Mrs Sponge has an unhealthy obsession with Lederhosen, the sight of Phil could push her over the edge Surprised

Sessions at SPA classic were the best time in my car all year...chasing a race GT40 with its noise/smell whilst running with 30-40 other cars of every type will stay with me forever......

We even found out that Longers can control the spa weather...Bow
