:welcome: back

Mostly by instruction from :thewife: the AMV8 has always been on my short-list of cars to own one day.

Any ownership experience comparisons between it and the 996T would be appreciated.

The Aston was a fantastic car best sound track ever but not that quick compared to the porsche also the servicing costs on the Aston are just ridiculous. The Aston interior is way out in front of the Porsche .When driving the Aston you get a lot of respect from young and old out on the road :thumb:

I want your car.......big time.

welcome back to Porsche ownership :thumb: that Turbo looks stunning , I get where your coming from re the AML servicing , I found everything to do with Astons very expensive compared to Porsche, and also found that BMWs were just fast euro boxes no event or specialness about driving them :thumb:

Very true the M4 was a fast car and the DCT box was fantastic but like you say no event or specialises about driving and the money I lost in 9 months of ownership was eye watering

I can't wait for Les to get back and feedback on his Monza trip disaster.

With Les's luck and him in a DB9  :nooo: at least it wasnt a green one he brought

Lets put it this way.........I think his love affair with Porsche is most definately done. The Aston's been flawless all trip. I'll not spill the beans on the Boxster but it's beyond bad.
